Products & Services
All items are handmade and/or made-to-order unless otherwise stated. Due to the custom nature of many products, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and do not constitute defects.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Kustom items are created specifically for you based on the information and files you provide.
⚠️ All uploaded files should be in PNG, JPEG, or SVG format for best results.
By submitting designs, logos, or images, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the content. ♡ Made4You by Meli ♡ is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided files.
Order Processing & Turnaround
Most orders are made-to-order and typically require 2–3 weeks to complete before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
*Please note that crochet items generally have a 3-4 month turnaround time depending on the project. You will receive an email within 24 hours after purchase giving you a more accurate time frame. Periodic updates will be sent during that time frame to keep communication open.
Tax
All tax is calculated at the rate of 6.25% as we are based out of Massachusetts.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Orders over $100 ship FREE. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Returns & Refunds
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the personalized nature of Custom orders, returns or refunds are not accepted unless there is a defect or production error.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Policy

At ♡ Made4You by Meli ♡, every item is thoughtfully handmade and often customized just for you. Because of the time, care, and personalization involved, we have the following refund policy in place.
No Refunds on Custom Orders
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale. This includes personalized apparel, drinkware, crochet items, blankets, and any product created specifically to your request.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

If your item arrives with:
